Wholesale Terms and Conditions
While we do not require that your order reaches a minimum dollar amount, each product minimum is listed in it's description.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Goods purchased from Baked Candle Company shall not be sold below the MSRP with the exception that the Wholesale Account is offering a temporary promotion or end of season sale.
When placing your wholesale order through our website, payment is due at checkout.
Current processing time is approximately 2-3 weeks. Larger orders may require more lead time. All orders are shipped via courier at Wholesale Account's expense. A real time shipping cost will be given at checkout. You will be provided a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping times can vary depending on location, season and weather, Baked Candle Company is not responsible for any shipping delays.
All of our products are made to order. At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. Please inspect your order within 48 hours of receipt and report any damages within 7 days of receipt. If you fail to report damages within 7 days, we will not be able to replace/refund the damaged product. Please take a photo of the damaged goods in the packaging and email to Dawn at email@example.com. If for whatever reason we are unable to send replacement product, a refund will be issued.
By making payment, Wholesale Account acknowledges that they have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions as outlined above. Baked Candle Company reserves the right to make changes without notice. Failure to adhere to Terms and Conditions may result in loss of ability to place future orders.
