DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
At this time we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. Please open and inspect your order within 48 hours of receipt and report any damages within 7 days of receipt. If you fail to report damages within 7 days, we will not be able to replace/refund the damaged product. Please be careful of any broken glass and take photos of all damaged product in the packaging and send to Dawn at email@example.com along with your order number. We will do our best to replace the damaged product. If for whatever reason we are unable to send you replacement product, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
