Where do you ship

At this time Baked Candle Company only ships within Canada via Canada Post unless otherwise noted.

Shipping options

Free Shipping on orders over $125:
This shipping option will only be available on orders with subtotals over $125 (before taxes and shipping). 
 
$15 Flat Rate Shipping on orders under $125:
Applicable on orders with subtotals under $125. All orders shipped using the $15 Flat Rate Shipping option will be shipped via Canada Post Regular mail.

Free Local Contactless Delivery:
Free Local Contactless Porch Delivery in the Greater Moncton Area and Shediac areas. If you're interested in this service, please select " Free Local Delivery" at checkout. All orders will be delivered within 1 week of receiving your "Order Ready" email confirmation. If you're wondering if we will deliver to your address, please CONTACT US before placing your order. Please note: This is Contactless Porch Drop Off. If you live in an apartment or condo building, you must be home to collect your parcel, as it will be left on the sidewalk waiting for you. 

We aim to process all order within 3-5 business days. During peak business times, your order may take a bit longer. Once your order is shipped, you will be receive a tracking number to track your parcel. Delivery times will vary depending on location , weather, holidays and other unforeseen circumstances. Please visit the Canada Post website for current updates.

PLEASE NOTE:
Baked Candle Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you have entered the correct mailing address prior to checking out as we cannot make any adjustments afterwards. If you have entered the incorrect mailing address and the package is returned to us, you (the customer) will be responsible to pay any and all additional shipping charges. If you have entered the incorrect address and your order says "Delivered" but is NOT returned to us, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.
